Here you will find copies of the HOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and any amendments to them.

CC&R with Amendments – This document contains all the amendments as well as the original CC&R.

Original CC&R – This is the scanned in copy of the original CC&R documents as they were recorded with the Seminole County Clerk of Circuit Court on June 4, 2003.

Celery Lakes CC&R Amendments (6/8/2007) – This is the scanned in copy of the first set of amendments as they were recorded with the Seminole County Clerk of Circuit Court on June 8, 2007.  The amendments include rental restrictions, Garage sale restrictions, Start-up assessment change, changing of minimum notification of meeting to discuss proposed amendments and the suspension of voting rights for any member delinquent on their annual dues in excess of 90 days.

Celery Lakes CC&R Amendments (2/10/12) – We are still waiting on a scanned copy of the recorded document, but the only difference in this amendment was the removal of “and directors” from Article III, Section 1 – The Association.

Celery Lakes CC&R Amendments (11/21/12) – We are still waiting on a scanned copy of the recorded document, but this amendment changed the rental restrictions from not being able to rent if you bought after 6/8/2007, to the residence being owner occupied for 2 years prior to having the ability to apply to rent your home.
