Community Garage Sales
Community Garage Sales have changed from quarterly to 3 times a year. The last Saturday in September, January and May.
HOA Board Meetings now every other month
Check the calendar for the months we meet. The day has changed to the 1st Tuesday of those months.
In the January 2016 meeting, the Board voted in the members of the fines committee. The way it works is that if a violation is noticed, you will receive a violation letter from Sentry Management on behalf of the HOA. You will have 14 days to resolve the violation. If after 14 days the issue is not resolved, you will receive another 14 days to resolve the violation. If at the end of that time, you will receive one final letter that informs you of the date of the fines meeting, which you can come and speak to the fines committee and they will make the determination whether you will be assessed the fine. We don’t want to, but the law does allow us to put a lien on your property if the fines aren’t paid. Thank you to all that maintain their property and those that respond to the initial letter.
