Community Garage Sales
Community Garage Sales have changed from quarterly to 3 times a year. The last Saturday in September, January and May.
HOA Board Meetings now every other month
Check the calendar for the months we meet. The day has changed to the 1st Tuesday of those months.
We are in need of volunteers to be on our Fines committee. We need a minimum of 3 members. Responsibilities are to meet on a monthly basis to determine whether fines should be imposed for violations. Must be a homeowner and cannot be related to a HOA Board member.
Annual Assessment Due
Your annual assessment is due, if you have misplaced your coupon, please send your payment along with your address information to Sentry Management, care of Leigh Quinn. Their address in on the main page of the website.
Our Annual meeting is happening on April 7th @ 7pm. See item in calendar for directions. 2 positions come up for re-election this year. They are currently held by Marc Percy (who is the Vice President) and Kathy Conley (who is a Director). Please plan to show up or send in a proxy so we can meet a quorum.
