Below are the Committees that have been formed and it is important that we have lots of participation on these committees to keep our community safe, looking good:

Currently there are open positions on every committee!

Welcome Committee:
This committee would be responsible for creating a welcome letter/packet to the new residents of the community. Once the new homeowners have moved in, a committee member would drop off the packet and welcome them to the community. This committee would interact primarily via e-mail, once the welcome packet was created.

Administration Committee:
This committee would consist of volunteers that would be willing to stuff envelopes, apply labels, etc for HOA related mailings or interested in delivering flyers to each homeowners door, when we want to communicate but save postage.

Architectural Review Committee:
This committee would be responsible working with the Board of Directors to come up with a document that clarifies the restrictions that the HOA Covenants and Restrictions outline as well as making the decision on ARB forms that are submitted. This committee will need to meet as ARB forms arrive.

Property Value Enhancement Committee:
This committee is responsible for the beautification of the neighborhood, both in the common areas as well as assisting homeowners resolve issues that violate the HOA Covenant and Restrictions or City Code. This does not include the fines that may result from failure to resolve the issues found.

Non-Compliance Assessment Committee:
This committee is responsible for holding a meeting where a homeowner that is in non-compliance can plead their case to avoid being charged a fine. Our hope is this committee will rarely be used, because any violations will get resolved before they reach this point.

Neighborhood Safety Committee:
This committee will consist of individuals that are interested in taking specific times to patrol the neighborhood and call the police on suspicious behavior.

Website Committee:
This committee is responsible for maintaining this website as well as monitoring the Homeowners Forum.
